I'm Steve — I work in IT at UC Davis. These days I spend most of my spare programming time building small tools for games I'm playing: calculators, simulators, browsers, that sort of thing. A few of them are still used by other people years after I wrote them, which is always a nice surprise.

Married, mid-40s, 1 kid, still working through my pile of half-finished side projects.
